1. Custom-Built Tiny Homes & Prefab Homes
Every tiny home and prefab home we build is made to order and customized to your specifications. Because of this, once design and production begin, custom home orders are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your order before production starts, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Cancellations made within this period may be eligible for a partial refund, minus design and processing fees.

2. Deposits & Payment Policy
To reserve your build slot, a non-refundable deposit is required. Once we start your design or begin sourcing materials, deposits cannot be refunded.
If you cancel before the design phase begins, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Damaged or Defective Components
We take great care to ensure your tiny home or modular prefab home arrives in perfect condition. However, if any part arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
We’ll review your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the issue. To expedite your request, please include detailed photos and your order number.

4. Returns for Accessories & Furnishings
Non-customized items—like appliances, fixtures, or décor purchased from our online store—can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
